How to solve  : EagleGet needs your permission to run

EagleGet is very good alternative to IDM.

after installing EagleGet , you get EagleGet needs your permission to run  every time you visit any web page.
after many and many search on web here is the solution :

1-GO to Extensions (from tools menu )
2- search for Eagleget 
3- Mark both of Allow in incognito and   Allow access to file URLs
4-in the same windows address bar  goto : chrome://plugins/
5- search for EagleGet 
6- mark following as Always allowed
