Rows to Repeat at Top in Print Setup Disables

When I want to print Excel sheet , the feature of Rows To Repeat at top of page is disabled.

I found the answer  in the following link.

Only open  Page Layout  then click Page setup  then choose tab of  Sheet   and continue....
